Hi guy and gals!
My name is Drew, and I've been thinking of building my own Arcade machine for years!! Actually, I signed up for this forum in 2006 and I'm only just posting! :P
Anyway, I think the time has come and I'm actually going to do it! ;D
I'm looking at buying the MDF, and wondered if any of you guys could recommend some good UK re-sellers that deliver (don't think it'll fit in my car)? I'm looking at Wickes that charge £25 for delivery. I suppose that's OK, but I thought I'd post here just in case someone knows of somewhere better/cheaper :)
I'm in Leeds if that helps.
Thanks!!

Try this guy, he is very reasonable, cuts to rough size for you (specify an inch or so over final size) and has all sizes in stock.

Any good builders merchants / hardware shop should deliver for free. They do around me anyway

im not living in the uk, but there is a uk company that has recently set up shop in my county.
you all know of it, its called b&q.
i know they deliver , but how much they charge i do not know. they also offer a cutting service.
in my local store, the first 4 cuts are free , so if you think your car will be able to fit a cut down sheet, i'd go this route.
if not, make friends with a neighbour .
im sure someone living around you drives a transit ;D

Larger B&Q depots will cut sheets of MDF for you for free - If you get them to cut out the initial parts for your plan the bits might fit in your car, plus you get nice and square factory cuts to start you off on the right track.
