Hi there,
I recently purchased a Taito cab that had already begun being refurbished.
Problem is the previous owner didn't quite get the lamination right and there are bubbles here and there that I really find annoying.
I know that there's a relatively easy fix for this with wood vaneers (needles, cloth and a hot iron) - but what about for plastic laminate?
Let me know if any of you have found a solutions - otherwise I'm going to have to rip it all off and start over (not something I want to do).

I it is formica laminate that was applied improperly I think the only way to fix it is to strip it off and start over.

Thanks BobA - but I'm hoping not to resort to that.
It's Formica/Arborite-like but seems more like a knock-off. I'm going to try the hot-iron technique I normally use with wood veneer (minus the holes).
I'm told that it "should" work but if the glue is too old it won't bond and I'll have to strip it off and start again (sigh).
I'll post an update after I have a go at it, hopefully this weekend.

It failed.
After some signs of it working it just wouldn't work - the glue was just too old.
I'm not sorry about removing the laminate because when I did - both panels came off in one single sheet with minimal effort.
It seems that the previous owner didn't sand the old painted surface well enough and/or waited too long to bond the laminate to the plywood with contact cement.
Either way - I should not be able to remove laminate so easily.
I hope this post helps somebody.
