Hanging the mameroom jukebox anyone have any ideas on hanging this to the wall.
-
Depends on weight of the jukebox. I would definately make sure wall studs are used for anything over 6lbs vs. using just platic drywall anchors.
How 'bout some pics of the jukebox as well ;)

If it is over 6 pounds use Lag Bolts in to Studs. Make sure that is it studs if you arent sure try in dry wall only to get a feel for it, then try where you think the stud is and it should be much tougher to drill it in then it was.

I bought two L brackes that I bolted into the studs on my wall. This was for the bottom of the jukebox to sit on. Then for the top part, I put two latches on top of the jukebox. This way the jukebox can come on and off the wall in literally 5 seconds. I sit it on the L brackets and close the latches and turn them so it locks. I can send you a pic if you want to see.

For my jukebox, which isn't the mameroom wall juke but it is very similar, I used a french cleat.

French cleats are great! I hung a dartboard ( and cork surround) using that technique.
In fact, I believe I used 2 aluminum door thresholds as the cleats, Easy to screw on, very low profile, they "hook together" perfectly and they're metal!
