Customer has a "ROCK" pin. Trying to get info out of him on what's wrong is like trying to pull my own teeth: possible, but painful. He knows nothing about the machines other than you hit start to play.
He describes the problem as "some button on the left needs to be reset". I'm guessing it's the buttons inside the coin door and the batteries are bad, and require replacing, and the settings need to be put back in order. That sound about right to anyone else?

With that level of info it could be that or any number of other things... I'd be worried about what you may find when you get to that battery.
