1. Launch Resource Hacker
2. Click File then Open 
3. Browse to the GVR NTOSBOOT.EXE
3. Click on Open
4. Click on the + next to Bitmap "Expand"
5. Click on the + next to folder label 1 "Expand"
6. Click on the first image in folder "1033"
7. Click on Action at the top and Select Save Bitmap 1:1033...
8. Name it and click save
9. Repeat steps 5 to 8 for folder 8.
10. Click File then open
11. Browse to windows\system32 and open file ntoskrnl.exe
12. Click on + next to Bitmap 
13. Click on + next to 1
14. Click on the first image in the folder "1033"
15. Click on actions and then select replace Bitmap a New window opens
16. Click on "Open file with new bitmap" and browse to first image you saved from step 7 above.
17. verify the correct image is selected under the "Select bitmap to replace" Field. 
18. Click on Replace
19. Repeat steps 13 to 18 for folder/image 8.
20. Click on file and select Save as.
21. Name the file NTOSBOOT.EXE and place file it in the Windows\system32 folder on the PGA tour hard drive. 

Make sure the ntoskrnl.exe file is from the PGA Tours hard drive, so that the Version Info matches. 
Start PC and Bootscreen should be correct, and no BSOD!
