I tried it at my crt-arcade and it works *great*
-accuracy is wonderful
-didn't must recalibrate if resolution changes for games

In the video I see you're using the crosshair.  Turn it off and give it a whirl.

But I am right with you... this looks awesome...

Yeah, I wanted to see the so-called "accuracy" without the crosshairs. Instead I see him fail the first level pretty quickly. :dunno

I don't see how people use a gun with the monitor at an angle like that. Mine is completely vertical.
