I believe you meant "and" in the sentence above, and no, I don't believe I will.

Your belief might be founded. I didn't think ya would, no. kee kee kee kee
Incidentally, the following would've been more cogent: you'll have to elaborate on that within this circumstance to enlighten me.

In junior high, I got both a dictionary and thesaurus for christmas. It was implicit to me that both were necessary in writing endeavours and such.
I used the thesaurus in looking for a word that I felt might be appropriate for the circustance, or more appropriate than the one I'd already had in mind. Which of course then I'd go and look it up in the dictionary to make sure it was precisely what I wanted.
In more recent times, I've used thesauruses to find a word I've had in mind that I haven't been able to remember. That is, I've looked at words I've thought are similar as pathways to that word. Then, if I've found it, I've gone to the dictionary to check on it.
Of course, since '02, I haven't used a physical set of texts.

* "christmas" should be "Christmas"
* "endeavours" should be "endeavors" unless you were attempting British English
* "circustance" should be "circumstance" I believe
