Making inside angle (concave) cuts
« on: October 07, 2009, 11:44:02 am »
When cutting sheet material (MDF/plywood), what's the best way to cut to get an inside angle?

I realize I could radius the cut (and I might end up doing that) but was wondering how y'all have done this on your cabs.

Just go to say 2cm off the corner with the circular saw. Then do the last part with...... the mighty HAND-saw!
If you want a radius, just make a round hole with a spade bit or circular saw first at the right place, then saw. In that case the hand saw can be handy for the last bit as well.
