That's correct I believe. I always found that one a bit tricky to pull off.

I think she was given that move in either the Turbo edition or Super SF2.  I don't believe she could do it in the earlier ones.

First got in Street Fighter 2 Turbo, so not in Championship Edition.  The motion for it changed at least once depending on version.

Best edition of SF2 is pretty much widely regarded as Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, or even better is HD Remix if you have access to it  =D

Interesting...I know it was in Special Championship Edition on the Mega Drive (Genesis).
