Version 4 under Windows 98

Has anyone been able to run Version 4 under 98? I'm running version 3 in my Mame cab, but would like version 4 because of the improved Jump function (ie can toggle between letters rather than having to type a letter.) Version 4 won't even install; Keep getting missing .dll messages, esp in relation to winamp.
