Need help cropping a couple simple files. Please help me!

I have a couple real simple files I need help cropping, I'm horrible with Image editors.  Is there someone out there who could help me?  I'm sooooooo close to having my bezel done.  I just need some super simple pics cropped.  If someone knows what there doing with Illustrator it would take them 5 minutes tops.  Please let me know if you can help me out.
