this is not  Blinky nor Clyde nor  Inky and neither Pinky.
but changing a color is quitte easy no ??
if you wish I can upload the correct colored ghosts tonigth.

and as you suggested pacman now hold a more heavy black outline

I agree, and respect the point.
but may I suggest you to try to get the rigth tools ;)
there some soft that will allow you to edit the AI and EPS files.
