SNAAAKE, where do you get your fighting characters?

I've seen a website before that had TONS of characters from different games, but I don't know where it went.  :'(

Cn you point me in the right direction, SNAAAKE? You're always coming with cool stuff.

It's not for my control panel. It's for a playstation stick I'm making for my brother's bday.
