Found a original Galaga & Ms Pacman Cab is $450 a deal?

If they wanted to get more money for the Ms. Pac-Man they could have gone to Radio Shack for a 99 cent fuse, installed it, and listed it as "works great!".
But they didn't.

uh uh uh uhhhhhh.......
but heres my point:

thank you Mr.Mullins
Ginsu Victim:
Even if you just slap 48-in-1 boards in both and install new monitors if needed, you could sell one and keep the other.
Jack Burton:
225 for one of these is about average price I'd say. I have seen being given away, and I have seen them sell for $1000.
The monitors in these are swappable with no modifications right?
Sounds like you will be able to get at least one 100% working. By mixing parts from one to the other you should be able to come out with a very nice cab.
Like others have said, "I think it's a fuse" is the oldest one in the book.
What's a "tune up"? I've never heard that term in relation to an arcade machine. ??? Rotate the microswitches? Change the spark plugs in the CRT?

Clean all the leaf switches (shouldn't be any microswitches on these ;D ), check all the connectors, go over the boards to see if there's any bad solder joints, cap kit on the monitor, if needed, maybe a new or rebuilt power supply...that's a good tune up for a game :) I'm sure I've even missed some stuff.
daywane:
also check voltage to all wires comes to mind.
almost all are adjustable
