Headed to Kinkos - Advice?

I haven't been able to find a marquee for my Time Pilot cab so I decided to make one.  I found a scan on caga of the two halves and I got them pasted together.  I'm ready to head to Kinkos to print.  

Is there a certain printing process I should ask for?

What material is recommended for a marquee?

do it on backlit film.it cost a little bit more but worth everypenny.

What kind of paper/material can I print on where the black will actually show up as black and not grey?
