You want to select directly clone a drive and be careful using the space bar to highlight the correct drives.
Sarver Systems:
So plug the CF card and adapter into the motherboard, boot up, then run the program to copy from C: to D:?
Or is it reguired to get pull the drive and connect it to a Windows machine?

Connect both drives. If you have any other hard drives, its best to unplug them temporarily. Burn the iso file in the link i gave you to a cd and boot the program off your cdrom drive. Follow the instructions in the menu and make sure you have the drives selected correctly.
