Earthshaker Sample machine
shardian:
A possible local find of an Earthshaker. apparently not working, but the seller goes out of his way to mention this one does have the sinking building only found in approximately 200 sample versions.
What would be an estimated value of a sample version vs. regular production version? Just a rough percentage value comparison for similar condition games is fine with me.
ChadTower:
Really depends on the game and what nutjob is selling it. Some guys think their sample is worth 50% more... as always, you're the buyer, it's your wallet that determines the value. To me extra value would be entirely driven by the differences between sample and prod. If it's cool, pay more, if it's an extra blinking light, don't.
ChadTower:
My wife digs Earthshaker because Brandon had one in his house on 90210. :P

I offered $700 for a decent Earthshaker once and thought I was being generous. Not a lot to do on the machine, Whirlwind moves the jackpot shot around.

That kit appears to be around $275 from what I saw.

You weren't being generous, Earthshaker is generally worth twice that in good condition.
Shardian, did you hear back from him yet?
Wade
