Bezel Help!

Could someone please help me with the background for a bezel template?  I have all the vector-based pics I want to import, but I'm having trouble with the initial layout of a background for the bezel.  I'm sure it wouldn't take too much effort for what I'm looking for, just a matter of knowing what the heck your doing.

Unfortunately I'm a moron when it comes to illustrator or photoshop.
