Whats going on with mamemarquees?

I  had a problem with my order from them, and i been trying to get in contact with them for over a month now with no responce :angry:. Anyone know anything?

Scott's been a little hard to get a hold of lately, but I did finally hear from him regarding my order.  When did you place your order?  My CPO was actually printed and packaged for shipment within a few days of ordering, but UPS lost the shipment.  You might be in the same boat I'm in if our stuff went out at the same time.

I was a little warm too when I couldn't get a hold of him, but he did apologize for the situation (which was out of his control) and made everything right.  He reprinted the CPO the next day, and expedited shipping.

I heard he's been having problem's receiving email from hotmail or yahoo accounts, and while you may already know that, who's to say other accounts aren't getting blocked.  It might be worth trying from a different email address.  Or try sending him a personal message.  I know how frustrating the situation is, and trust me, I'm not making excuses, but I'm pretty sure it's safe to bet that you're not gonna get ripped off.  He just has to get the communication thing nailed down.

Use his ticket system. Just make sure to pick your message as 'high priority'. Apparently anything less than that is code speak for 'will not be read. ever.'

I tried that, still have an open ticket. Tried different email services too, with no replies. Its been over month now. I know his reputation is great, that's why I'm still waiting patiently.
