What is your favourite game music?

Singapura:
In the "new Galaga" thread the discussion seems to move to game music. That made me think, I'm quite into game music. I went to Play! A Video Game Symphony last year and loved it. I've also downloaded some music from ocremix.org (blood on the asphalt is great!). What game has your favorite tunes? It can be (classic) console or arcade. I haven't included the next gen consoles because they have complete teams to compose the music.

My shortlist:

Arcade:

Streetfighter 2
Out Run
Ghosts 'n Goblins

Console:

ActRaiser
Final Fantasy (all of it)
Zelda
Super Mario Bros
Sonic the hedgehog
Streets of Rage

TheShanMan:
Super Mario Bros. is pretty good. But the first thing that comes to mind for me is 1942. Cheesy, yes. But for some reason it just sticks in my mind and I like it.

DolansCadillac:
Usually the first level music in POW, Super Contra and Final Fight gets me fired right up. Also the attract sequence in MK2 and Operation Wolf. All around though, the Street Fighter games probably had the most memorable soundtracks for me.

Outside of arcade stuff though, there's a lot of older PC games I can think of that had some amazing music. The Crusader series, the Descent series, any Blizzard game, the Command and Conquer series, Raptor, Rise of the Triad, Heretic, Tyrian, actually most of those old shareware games... Tons of great stuff out there.

Blanka:
Arcade:
1944: the music makes you want to shoot all down.
The in between level tunes of Galaga 1988. Perfect 1980's sound-chip tune.
Arkanoid: The perfection of the PONG bleeps.

Console:
Sonic 1&2 for the GameGear (!)

Best game music ever written! These songs are composition-wise way better than the Genesis/Megadrive versions. They stick much better to the head and are like the MegaDrive versions on steroids or Mario after visiting "Extreme Makeover". Unfortunately the sound is crap from the built-in 4-channel-bleep-chip and speaker. But you can find them as .MID on the internet and Quicktime then gives a hint of how these tunes can sound when they end up in some real full orchestra. I hope some conservatory student throws these tracks into some final project some day.

Katamari Damacy series for Playstation 2/PSP
Most ridiculous japan-pop-like music ever written for a game. Katamari on the Moog, Jesus Island, Wanda Wanda, Disco Prince, Scorching Savanna (the pet nursery goes nuts!), Blue Orb, Katamari on the Funk: brilliant

Bleagh:
Doom music instantly takes me back when I hear it.

Same goes for Street Fighter 2.  Guile's theme really gets me pumped.
