That should be a digital monitor - meaning it saves geometry settings between modes. Hence, adjust accordingly. (It should also be capable of 800x600, hence it's a quad sync.) You may also find out that games of different resolution will share the same mode on your monitor. You'll have to play around with resolutions and geometry settings. It seems most people make the assumption that things are simpler than this - ie: one mode for these, one mode for those, etc, etc, etc. It doesn't generally work that way, for the reason that there are different resolutions, different modes a monitor is capable of (which differs between makes), and combinations of the two when setting up numbers of games. There should be a disclaimer in the wiki perhaps.
