Another flip-top cocktail

My original design had the slant of the cp at 12 degrees

As I kept trying different control designs, I thought 20 degrees was pretty comfortable.

Most of the people I have built for dont play head to head, but would rather have it in the corner of the room as a jukebox/multiplayer... having it only be vertical limits the amout of people who can play games like gauntlet and other 4 player games without taking up a huge amount of rec room space.  Usually the finish gets matched to the pool table.

I am so glad that Andy finally is selling a flushmount trackball (even if it is a 3") because routering out the wood panel to get the top mount in really sucks.  I got mine a few weeks ago and it is pretty nice. http://www.ultimarc.com/trackball.html
The USB adapter is pretty sweet too.

More comments or suggestions are welcome! Thanks Ummon!

Fair play buddy. I went for 10 degrees in the end as that what is comfortable to me after some play testing but what works for you, works for you.

Have you thought about adding a/two quick swap removable CPs for the end(s)? You could then easily hook one/them up if a game of DK or 1944 took your fancy  :)

Being that it sits in the corner of the room... it would not be practical, but definitely possible!  I have not had to build one that had it 3 or 4 sided yet.  There are plenty of those in those kits from dreamarcades.com or from gamecabinetsinc.com Those are pretty nice.  I guess I am not trying to build replicas, but semi-practical useable furniture!  Thanks!
