Help with simple project...I'm clueless!

Can someone please walk me through duplicating these triangle inserts for a pinball project that I'm working on.  I need to make new decals for the inserts on the machine as these are shot from ball wear.  I will be printing on clear so the light will shine through then covering with mylar.  I have about 10 different ones to do and hopefully after the first the rest should be no problem.  Just need help with the first and out of patience with adobe illustrator.  Feel free to email.  Thanks.
