Marvel vs Capcom 2
Tadao:
In my cpu dedicated for classic games (mame, nintendo, sega) runs great. Pentium Dual core 2,0 GHZ run full speed, with only a minors graphics glitchs in some games. The ports of dreamcast are the best, because naomi is in escence a dreamcast.
You can configure NullDC with a front end and the results are great.

Its my reply for mamewah, but it should give you the information you need to get it going in Mala as well.

Thanks. This is what I had to use to get it to work in Mala:
-config ImageReader:DefaultImage="%path%\%rom%.%ext%"
(under execution options)
and I have to use Alt-F4 to exit NullDC and go back to Mala.
(changeable in Mala?)

Uh-oh, hit a snag... just tried loading nullDC onto my cab.
After a few pesky dll missing messages (fixed now that I've
copied them over), I get the nullDC window to pop up, but
when I try to load a cdi image, it crashes out completely.
I think there are some error messages but the whole thing crashes
too fast for me to read or save them.
Wondering if it might be my video card in my cab?
I'm running w/ a Diamond Multimedia ViperII Z200 card
in my cab (32mb?) s-video'd to a regular tv.
Any help here?

I'm not positive but doesn't nulldc require a directx 9 compatible card?
vidmouse:
Yeah, you're probably right, that's why I thought it was my vid card.
I tried it on my desktop w/ a monitor and beefier card and it seems
to work, albeit VERRRRY slow (my desktop is a 1.05 Ghz Athlon).
Ugh, now I'm considering swapping the cards in my cab vs my
desktop... heh, maybe I'll get some free time on Father's Day
for my gift. :)
