Hello - I just wanted to share a great post that I saw on rec.games.video.arcade.collecting.  The guy did a really nice job on a Mame font-end.  Below is the original post he made:

#############################################################

Hey,

After collecting for about 15 years, I finally decided do a MAME cabinet
for my 20th machine - in a restored burgertime machine for all the
classic vertical games from 1979-1985ish (which is essentially games
that are in low-res & use 1 to 2 firebuttons.  I wrote a front end
script using scala infochannel designer and its only about 200k.  I'm
trying to modularize (right now the script is very tailored to my
environment) the script & install procedure in case anyone wants to use
this for a strictly vertical mame cab @ 15khz and a 15khz solution like
the ArcadeVGA.   If anyone is interested, lmk and I'll see if I can make
a click'n'go install procedure.

It also supports avi previews of the games & a jukebox.

that is IDEAL for a possible upcoming cabinet of mine (probably in the FAR future, but still....) very nice find!  :applaud:

I can't get the page to load. Will it work for anybody else?

Havok:
Works fine for me. Looks pretty standard, really the only cool thing is the small program size...

Works for me too.
