Panel Overlay please ?

I have a tmnt cabinet, and are wanting to do a print of either a mortal kombat 2 them ( simular to the capcom V's marvel layouts )
Would anyone know of one around ?
Or are willing to maybe do one for me please.

Maybe a will do a simple texture...i dont know ???
