Hey all this is my first post so please be gentle!!

I am wondering how can I make a control panel (2 joystick, 6 buttons each side) as the golden tee machine just has a track ball? And how does my arcade monitor conect to the PC? The machine is JAMMA and fully working as I have put my old SF2 board in for testing. I cant get my head round what I need to do and I am also very cautious of playing in the back of the cab due to the high voltages etc! My job is in IT so even though the above sounds a bit vague im sure someone can help me!

Cheers!!

You should be able to replace just the top piece of wood on the control panel, if you want to.
Just copy the piece that's there exactly.
If that's too much work, you could plug the existing holes, and redrill your own.

As for hooking up the computer, the best way is a JPac and an ArcadeVGA.
The JPac handles all the inputs, and the ArcadeVGA handles the video.
There are other solutions, but that one is easy, and out of the box.
Both pieces are available at Ultimarc.com

Cheers for that!! Has anyone got any knowledge of the Golden tee architecture? Looking at it all I have is the Jamma connector and some wites that were connected to the trackball. Where do I wire the buttons/joysticks to as the golden tee machine only has a trackball and 2 buttons? Also what gauge wire etc will I need?

From what I understand the JPAC acts as an interface between the jamma and the PC, am I correct with this?

Below is a link of the Golden Tee Jamma pinouts

http://www.jammaboards.com/pinouts/Golden%20Tee.txt

Obviously, The joysticks are not wired in nor are the buttons.

How do I get the wires from the Jamma connector to my controls, do I need special connectors or do I need to solder or something?
