To anyone with a J-PAC, I could use your wisdom, please.

Yeah, I tried that. No go. The test mode for that same program would at least pick up the input.

I'm not sure why they wouldn't be. I didn't do the wiring myself, as this was the original wire harness. I'll triple check, but why would the start buttons show up and not the rest then?

Drop Andy at Ultimarc a mail. I'm not 100% sure that this is your problem but it _might_ be it.

I'm hoping it's not the jpac, but I'll wait before bothering Andy. I want to exhaust every resource I can before asking him for help, as I'm sure he's a busy man. I have to agree that he runs a first-class operation, and I've been very impressed with the ArcadeVGA card.
