Slik Stik - Any Word
CheffoJeffo:
While I am on my feet, I'd like to thank Ed and Jack for their postings. :applaud:
It's no secret that I am pissed off at Scott, and pissed off for a very specific reason based on his recent actions.
As I, and others, have alluded to, everybody has a history and while Christian's has not been good, Scott's has. And that should be worth something.
And, yes, I'm still pissed at him.

Guys- I've run a business or two, and not LLCs, but here's something to think about...
Why would one be an employee of a business (specifically LLC), quit the business and buy out the stock? Easy one. The business assumes all liability for the cost of said stock. The "members" have already absorbed the profit from sales that would use those materials. And, by quitting it, you walk away from the liability, keep the money, and then "buy back" the operating materials, and believe me that's a paper transaction if there ever was one. So all around, it is a money making venture.

Yeah, that's the only reason I can think of unless he actually wasn't a Member. Those that have filed lawsuit against Slik Slik, wouldn't that information show who the members are? Or is that information withheld since it is an LLC.
For the Record, I didn't create an LLC to not be liable for getting my products to people. I went under the LLC to protect my family and myself incase someone decided to sue the company, they couldn't come after us personally. Though I'm starting to understand how Christian (if he is a member) is minipulating the system. Arcade-In-A-Box, LLC has actually never paid me a dime as of yet. Still in the Red, maybe someday I can pay myself. Or should I say, Arcade-In-A-Box can give me a salary.
But closing the doors right now, just to keep everyone's money. No thank you.
The way it should be handled is. Shut down the website, take no new orders. Get current orders done and out the door, shut the business down.
