Error 400 : Form Already Displayed

Has anyone gotten the "Error 400 : Form Already Displayed ; Can't Show Modally.  Location : SK_Jukebox.frmmain.timer4_timer Line 4120"?  I just recently started getting it when in Screensaver mode 2.
