I agree - I would have it done by now! I thought it would save me time - pretty funny looking back now! I can make the buttons work fine, I am just not the "wood-working" kind of guy. I am thinking of ordering a controller template from mameroom.com. Any suggestions?

I have purchased from slikstik several times & never had a issue. And it is true happ is trackballs on b/o until mid october, I'm lucky in fact i purchased several 3" trackballs ahead of time

See if you can hire Knievel or timoe to make you a panel (both are members here). Their work is top-notch - the best of the best.

Divemaster127 - Ok, if the trackballs were back-ordered, why not communicate to all of the folks that paid for the product? Then let them know what options they have. Why complain when a customer that does not received their payed for product wants a refund?? Would you expect a paying customer to wait from July 7th until mid-october for a product they already paid for?
I did not mention in my long explaination (sorry it was so lenghty, and it is not every detail) that they want me to pay a 15% restocking fee from the original money I gave them. I am horrified at the business practices of this company. Basically I just want out, but I want my money back!
Thanks for your comments though! Sorry it sounds like I am complaining at you - I am just very frustrated with the whole situation!
