Recommendations for Martini or vodka dispenser on my cocktail cab
Kangum:
you really dont want refridgeration inside there condensation becomes an issue. my roomates used to have a jagermeister machine. its like a mini fridge with bottles on the top. so you pour the shot and its ice cold. it actually made ice form on the shotglass.
anyways even moister would build up on the counter and sides and top of it. regular fridges can do this too its just not on the front door. the heat from the electronics and cold from the fridge is a nasty combo. dont do it.

How cold does a liquid cooling system for a computer get? If it's cold enough perhaps you could hack it to chill your vodka.

The closest you can cool with liquid cooling in a computer is to the room temperature. As the system is not even close to 100% efficiency, actual cooling temperature is quite a bit higher.

I'd like to see someone tackle this idea with a regular upright cab. There's just not enough room in a cocktail nevermind dealing with the temperature/condensation issues. Someone needs to build a full-sized Tapper that actually serves beer.

I wonder if Swindus can add a beverage menu to Mala. Choose your beverage dispensed with a trackball.

I wasn't thinking refrigeration that would be over the top. I think ice packs would be fine. You are right that condensation would be an issue. :banghead:
I have been searching and have found some single shot liquor dispensers that would work. i could even mounts a small drip pan. :dunno
