--- Quote from: hulkster on August 13, 2007, 10:18:28 pm ---okay, finally got it to pull up. only now its "rewriting" and will be for the next 18 minutes. i googled and read that after it does this once, it wont do it again. only problem is, im doing the rewriting on my test pc and not my arcade cab. i read something about moving the nvram file and that should take care of it. is that true?

Yes that’s exactly true. I would save the nvram files from each CPS3 game, after running them once. Each one takes about 20-30mins but at least you only do it once.

Indeed it does! Played it in 0.117 and it works beautifully. Apparently, "Video emulation is not 100%," but unless you know exactly what isn't "100%" you probably won't notice. :)
Try the NO-CD version, otherwise you'll need to sit there for ages while it installs itself.

Just to get myself clarified, the no-cd version doesn't work in mame, right. BTW, I am just asking and already have the chd version work just fine. Last I tried the no-cd only work in the nebula, right?

I don't know about the Nebula CP3 emulator, I haven't felt the need to try it.
I don't have any CHDs, this is purely the NO-CD version running in MAME v0.118:

Interesting. Definitely need to check it out. Last time I tried with the no-cd and 117, it give me the chd error. Wonder if it's the version of the no-cd I have or 117. Guess once I try it, I'll find out.

Just got SF3 to work and it runs great on my cab's old pc.
