Old school Gaming (Sega, NES, SNES)

I broke out the old consoles today and I guess somewhere along the line I got rid of, gave away, or sold some of my SEGA, NES, and SNES games. What I am wanting to know now is what games should I track down? What was the best of the best back in the day?

I don't know if it is considered a classic or not, but get Kung Fu Heroes for NES. It was my favorite game by far.
