Even in the U.S. 3/4" sheet wood refers to nominal measurements. In reality, 3/4" wood is rarely ever truly 3/4" it's probably closer to 23/32" which is somewhere between 18mm and 19mm. For the purposes of building a cabinet, I believe 18mm is the correct sheet to use. You'll have to compensate in some of your measurements.

I already answered this for you, in fact so did several other people.  Try reading the replies you get.

3/4" T-Molding is fine on 18mm MDF.

BTW... did you get the artwork I sent you. You never replied, so I can only assume that you didn't.
