Electrical problem on shinobi conversion cabinet

(1/2) > >>

Crax:
I took out my meter last night and went and checked some voltages on the shinobi conversion I have.  As seen below in the picture and the writing, I am supposed to get 5v on 4 of the pins, I got 5.08.  On two pins I am supposed to get 12 and I got 12.2...but then on the next two pins on the pcb I also get 12.2 and as far as I can tell I should have 0?  I get 0 on all the rest as it says.

Not quite sure what to do now as I can't really see anything wrong with the wires and am unsure why I am getting 12 on the next pins over.  As far as I can tell they aren't touching

JeepMonkey:
The coin mech switch isn't wired normally closed is it?  Put your meter on the coin mech 1 switch terminal, then toggle the switch.  Did the voltage level change?

Crax:
I didn't actually have any wires connected to the coin mech's when I ran these checks on the pcb.  Those wires were just loose but none were touching each other.  Would that make a difference?   ???  As you can tell, I am pretty new to this.  I'm at work right now, but any suggestions I can try hopefully tonight or tomorrow during the day.

Ken Layton:
Your cabinet is wired with 12 volt DC coin counting meters.

Crax:
Yes, there is a counter in the cab as well.  So nothing to worry about then?  Should I be concerned at all that it's 12.2 V instead of 12?  Was just afraid of blowing something up yesterday on the board.
