I have found some tips while browsing the forum. Although i need to know exactly what i need to do. Do i need to get a male to male vga extension? after that is all said and done, are the wires that i need to hook up to the molex colour coated? Please help
ChadTower:
Yes, they are completely coated in color.

I've done this a ton of times. The easiest way to do it is to use a breakout cable like this one.
This cable simplifies everything for you. The 5 RGB signals come out of this cable. Just cut the ends and splice into the monitor.

It's alot cheaper to hack a VGA cable but you'll need a multimeter and to follow this diagram.

very good to know..... that seems easy... All i would have to do is splice off the ends attach them to a molex connector then plug it to the other half on the monitors side..... although if i dont want to wait for shipping... i would have to wrap some wires together from an extension male to male vga cable??? any help would be much appriciated

i finally got around to getting the cable that was mentioned. Although, the colors on the vga cable (red, green, blue, grey, and black seem to be different colors than the ones that were plugged into the monitor from my cps2 game. I am somewhat stuck :S please help
