Aww man... those games are awesome! If you haven't played them much or couldn't afford to play them when you were younger check'em out now. They have good replay value and require some skill to play.

Eagle. Hadn't played in 20+ years. The audio is what really brought back the memories.

I dont know if you are including consoles too but I have been hammering Another World (through DGEN) on my PSP this week.

Mario 64. I played it emulated on the computer a long time ago (1999 I think), but never made it very far since I was playing it from the keyboard, not a gamepad, I think I got around 20-25 stars. I knew it was a great game, so I picked it up for the Nintendo DS (a year ago?) but I still didn't like the controls on the DS for the game and barely played it at all. I just bought it on the Wii for the virtual console a few weeks ago, picked up the classic controller and have been having a blast. Its amazing how well the game holds up after all these years. Right now I'm 35 stars in and have just beat bowser the second time, which is further then I've ever gotten in the game.

To finish that you probably need the real console. That game makes HEAVY use of the analog stick and the exact N64 controller layout towards the end. It will be damn near impossible to do with any other controller.
