Even when I take my time and zip tie stuff up it turns into a rats nest!

Thanx for the compliments guys.  

SNAAAKE:  I did the speaker grills by drilling a hole at each end of the slot then used a jigsaw to cut from one hole to the other.  Pretty crude but it works.  I got a little sloppy with it though.  It's not real noticeable, but the fact that the slots aren't perfect bothers me.  I think i'm gonna redo the speaker panel with my router now that i have one.  

radiator: So far i've been happy with the 7500.  I have little to compare to though as this is the first card i've ever had with tv out.  Maybe someday i'll get a newer card, but for now i'm content.

rampy:  Thanx for the compliment, I spent a long time on the wiring, i'm considering redo the control panel and rewiring is something i'm dreading.
