Got a question for you, when you decased the 19" PC monitor, did it really measure 19" or did it still measure the 18.something "viewable" that we get with all PC monitors?

I had the same problem...but then I realized that I would never need the case again and just decided to pry off the hidden 'catch'.

The black strip around the outside is 19" inch, but the grey area is the display area an measures 18.x. So yeah its 18.x viewable.
Mine actualy matches up just nice with the vertical monitors bezel turned to the side. I only needed to put some black foam along the top because the old monitor had more of a curve to it. It looks very nice, I think anyway....
