to me it seemed  that way still only giving a little over a week to get a instrument is BS
well if he wanted flute they start Monday so would only had 6 days to get that seems band teacher getting kick backs or something lol

At this time he seems excited about it so I hope he likes it and stick with for while ....did not stick with baseball long

I didn't give my kids a choice-when they came and said they wanted to do band, I told each of them "If you sign up for this, you're sticking with it at least three years-be absolutely sure about it". My daughter tried to gimp out of it this year (sixth grade), but we make her go. Honestly, once the school year gets started up again, she loves it, it's just that first week each year that's a ---smurfette--- to get them to go-she tried the same thing for fifth grade, too, and ended up making first chair for the junior band.

It not only protects your investment in the instrument, it's a good life lesson for them. I know my mom let me drop out of band after a few weeks in 4th grade and I still regret it, if nothing else I would have really learned to read music.

Here are pics of the consoles well most of them  havent cleaned them yet
had used some stickers to say workign and modded unmodded etc well found they dont come off very easy so a few have some paper and glue i need to clean off one gen and a saturn i know for sure do either case I planned on cleaning them before selling havent had time to get everything done yet little dust never hurt noone

OK all decided to try criagslist before ebay might sound wierd but never knew what craigs list was till sunday
