Very interesting. It's cheaper than the laminate I was going to buy at Lowe's. I'd imagine the laminate is sturdier, but it's harder to work with, that's for sure.

This stuff is pretty tuff... They use the stuff for cheap flooring...

Well.. I haven't tried to dent it... Its very flexible. Give me an example of what your looking for.. I have some scrap pieces I can test on.

I think I just pictured the kind of vinyl I'd make my custom car audio enclosures out of. Makes it easier to install, that's for sure. The laminate is pretty think and unwieldy, but tough like a countertop.
