This is for v1.61 but with it should be pretty straightforward to convert with a few changes to zinc.ini:

Xfactor hi.
The problem with zinc is that it's based on an number asignation, instead of name asignation. For example, in command line if you want to run street fighter (sfex) you type "zinc.exe 2" instead of "zinc.exe sfex"; in this example I've omitted all the various swithes available. It's important to get familiarized with zinc syntaxis through commandline first.
To be able to execute zinc from a frontend, there are several ways. Howard has a wrapper that has had a lot success. In my case, I wanted to find a solution of my own, which is why I made a quick VBS file (I've attached, along with my zinc.cfg; just remove the txt extension) that has to be in the same folder as zinc.exe. To run the vbs in mamewah, all you do is modify the following option in your zinc.ini in the mamewah\ini folder:
emulator_executable d:\zinc\wrapper.vbs
This may not be the most elegant solution, but it works. And remember, zinc just needs a bit of patience, however the end result is worth it.
Hope this works for you.
Cheers,

Did you follow all the instructions? Try taking a look in mamewah.log after trying to launch a game and see what it says...
