Thanks for the tip Loadman the mod worked like a charm. 

It is so nice to just have the controls you want light up for each game.

Nice job.  Question about your wiring... I see only one red wire going into the +5 input on the LedWiz.  Do you have some sort of bridge somewhere else?  Should every LED/RBG LED have one wire going into that +5 input?

I ran that one wire over to a wiring block and ran all the other red wires to the wiring block (terminal).

Yeah, I didnt want to try and cram 32 red wires into that one little slot.

Also Keep in mind that one could also "daisy chain" the +5v going to the LEDs, just like most do with the ground line going from the encoder to your buttons.

Either way works.
