mame mouse support, how do I flip one axis for just certain games?

(1/2) > >>

quarterback:
I read a post where somebody suggested using a mouse for StarWars and just flipping the y-axis so it played basically like Missile command.  I'm running MAME for win32 version .55 and can't figure out how to do this.

Thanks

Nobody can remember back that far.   :D  MAME is at 105 now.

I don't think you could separate axes back then.

In 105, it is easy to do in the analog menu or with a ctrlr file.

Gotcha'.  That's what I wanted to know.  Just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking something.

Thanks, Derrick.

I'm fairly sure that as far back as I can remember, if you press 'tab' and go into 'analog controls' there are options for reversing x and y axis.
