Best versions of Mad Dog McCree/II

With all the gun talk of late are there any good looking versions of these games playable in a cabinet. I have the old windows versions and the video is horid.
Howard_Casto:
Well there's only the windows and dos versions. The windows versions are mpeg1 quality and I've honestly gotta say that because of the quality of the actual film footage dl has to work with, it doesn't get much better than that anyway.
With that being said they do make dvd versions of these games, but obviously they don't support lightguns. The pc games are designed to be easily upgradable though, so in theory if you own both the pc and dvd versions, you can take the clips from the dvd version and dump them over-top of the pc version, thus giving you dvd quality with the pc engine. I can't confirm this though as I only have the pc version.

Hmm, I'll have to look into that, I have the dvd version of mad dog mccree II. It's video looks a good bit better than the windows version.
jjd:
The DOS versions are basically unplayable due to the low quality video. Stay far away from them.

the qualitys just fine on the PC versions - sure its not razor sharp, but then again nor was the arcade and 3D0 versions. The cheesy MPEG video is part of the various games' charms in my opinion...
