The problem has been fixed. Thanks for your patience.

Do you charge just one NY rate? It's 8% over here, but the site charges 8.25%.
BTW... Love the new site layout, but would like to see more technical info on each of the products, perhaps even downloads of the documentation for each product?

Yeah, I use and report the "normal" NY rate of 8.25%. In your case it'll mean an extra 25 cents on a hundred dollar sale. Maybe the State can put the extra quarter to some good ;).

Thanks!
I'll be working on that shortly. Each of the doc sheets will be available on line. Should make it easier for everyone to have that info handy.
I'll also be hyperlinking product references so when one product talks about being used with another, the shopper will be able to just click on that product's name to bring up the catalog listing for it.
If anyone has other suggestions, let me know. I'll try to do as much as I can.

Suggestions:
A comparison chart for all your different interfaces might help people figure out which one they ought to buy. A noob shopping your site without the benefit of BYOAC training won't know why they ought to get a GP-Wiz versus a KeyWiz, or why they don't want a GP49 (unless they see it on the chart and get curious and do some reading and realize that they really do want a GP49, and a 49way stick to go with it!). You can point out the differences between the Eco, No-Solder, and Max versions there too. It could also pique the shopper's interest in products they may not have noticed, like the Opti-Wiz or LED-Wiz. ("Hey, what's this one that controls lights for?"
Why no Super or Competition joystick bases to go with the Versa-Ball handles? Folks might be more likely to order complete sticks, rather than ordering handles from you and then complete sticks somewhere else, only to toss the handles that came with the stick. It's less complicated.

Comparison chart is here: http://www.mameworld.net/tigerheli/encoder/main.htm#THE_PLAYERS (Except it also includes competing products and doesn't include the Opti-Wiz . . . yet). ;)

One more suggestion: it would be nice to have the tracking number put in the comments section of your order with the status.
