Not a real big deal to most older folks that are fine with the standard stuff that came with their phone, but I think I'd be right in saying most everyone here likes to tinker, and their phone wouldn't be an exception.  If Sprint/Nextel keeps up their crappy service, that'll leave Cingular in my area for places worth paying for cell service.
