Where could i find those grommet?
are they hard to install?
markrvp:
In your picture, the joystick on the RIGHT is an ORIGINAL Wico and the one on the LEFT appears to be a cheap Chinese knockoff. The telltale sign is that the leafswitches are screwed on instead of popping into the plastic keeper like the one on the right.
I would completely replace the joystick on the picture left (the one with screws through the leaf switches) with another one.
You can find a replacement 8-way (used) on Ebay.
In answer to your question, sometimes you can get replacement Grommets on Ebay. Do an Ebay search for Wico and then wade through the results to see if you can find a replacement grommet auction.
RayB:
A hidden source of Wico grommets are inside Wico "Command Control" joysticks. They are home-use joysticks, but the grommets are exactly the same kind as arcade.
Here is one example: http://cgi.ebay.ca/Wico-Command-Control-Joystick-Commodore-C-64-128-ATARI_W0QQitemZ8727189213QQcategoryZ74945QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
But he is asking too much for it. You can find them in second hand stores cheap, or on Ebay sometimes for only $5.

eBay Seller NICADE often has WICO sticks and bits.
I have bought NOS 4-ways from him in the past and been delighted by them. I know others here buy from him as well.

RayB is right on the money if you already have bases and sticks.
Cheers.
