Ok i would if i could understand all this MAME stuff. i dowloaded mame32 source from here http://www.classicgaming.com/mame32qa/. i go this file Mame32v.102_Source. Am i  doing every thing ok so far?? so i unzip it and it's a bunch of C/C++ files!!! wtf?! yeah i know i'm being noobish(you think they would have a ui for installing all the stuff...). I have MS Visual Stuido 6.0 but i dont know how to complire the mame32 code. so what do i do?!

Well, yeah...you download SOURCE CODE, you're going to get a bunch of C files.

Windows command line version of MAME 0.102.

is that ok with what i need?

For the computer you are using, you want a much older version of mame.  Try something like Mame .55

does .55 support USB controllers?
